Refund Policy
No refunds on registrations or purchase of raffle tickets, apparel or entertainment packages.  Failure to obtain a Rider Packet at one of our designated Packet Pick Up events will void your opportunity to participate and your registrtion fee will be considered a donation.

Transfers & Deferrals
If you are unable to participate in this year's ride, we do allow you a one-time option of transferring your registration to another rider or deferring your registration to next year's ride.  Please use this form to request a transfer or deferral.  For transfers we will email a coupon code to the rider you transfer your registration to. For deferrals we will email for you to use to request a coupon code to waive the registration fee for next year's ride. 

March 24 prior to the ride event is the deadline to request a transfer or deferral.
No transfers or deferrals will be made  after this date.
